From what I understand, clubs in Seattle are just kind of lackluster compared to most other places. There's no alcohol, no topless dances, the stages are set up differently, and with the recent addition of thr 4-foot law, they're only going to get worse and worse.

That's not to say that the downtown Vu isn't one of the bes clubs in Seattle, that is. Personally, I think it's the nicest club in the area. The girls are pretty, it's high-profile and has a high volume of customers, and (this is most important to me, personally) it's not a glorified whorehouse. Every club will have their dirty girls, but the girls at downtown manage to retain dignity and class while still being hot as hell and giving you great dances, for the most part. Thumbs up.
