I visit MBT maybe 1 or 2 times per year when I need a break. I usually sit at the stage for a while checking out the girls while they rotate through. This is fine, but you have to be ready fend off the girls trying to get you to do lapdances (they can be a bit pushy, they usually come by in between songs). Most are ok with "maybe later", but a few have been too insistent.

Last time, the girls were varied. I didn't see a "10" (thin, young, big boobs). There were a few 8's (thin, or young, or big boobs) and a few 6's (bigger). Your tastes may vary.

I finally chose a girl, and had a very nice lap dance (first the normal one, in a room shared with other lap dances), and then in a private room. She was very nice, chatty and sexy. YMMV, but the "normal" lap dances are usually filled with upsell for the private rooms. I find it a good (relatively cheap) way to check out the girls before spending real $$ though. The private rooms are great if you have the money. Not many rules. But you've been warned on the $$$ front...
