After not visiting Follies for several weeks, I was looking forward to today's visit. I arrived at 3pm and joined Shadowcat in the high back chairs along the DJ side wall of the club. By the time I arrived, the club was nearly full and was hopping pretty good. Based on several earlier reviews this week, I was hoping to see lots of spinners working today. Unfortunately there were a lot of dancers working, but very few spinners. I did have 4 nice Follies style dances during my 2 hour stay, but I guess most of the dancers that I was hoping to see had taken the weekend off. I think I will try a weekday visit next time as the dancer quality seems to be better those days lately.

Even on an off day, Follies is still the best strip club deal going. The high mileage, fully nude, dances for $10 each simply can't be beat.

I did think the music (if you can call it that) was unusually loud today. Reminded me of the excessive volume I used to deal with at Platinum Plus in Columbia ,SC. I don't understand why the club feels a need for such loud noise. I think it may be a tad louder on the left side of the club, but the best seats on the right side of the club were unavailable, even when Shadowcat arrived just before the club opened. Yes, this is a very popular club, day or night.

I still will not allow the valet guy to park my car, but had no trouble parking across the street in the shopping center.
