Though Blush is one of the bigger games in town, I had never been... always figured the downtown scene would be less intimate, and that the guys in suits would be getting all the attention. Well, my first visit to Blush was actually a lot of fun. The very first dancer I saw was exactly my type, curvy, natural brunette with dark eyes and a Roman-esque nose. At the end of her set she asked me if I'd like a dance, and I took two. The lapdance area was interesting, kind of a bunch of stalls with curtains on them. I got the feeling that the girls were closing or leaving the curtains partially open depending how they felt about the person they were dancing for. I must have seemed nice enough, I got a fully closed curtain! Good contact, decent personality... a little business-y. I would have spent more time with her, but there were a lot of girls working and I wanted to at least hang out with a few before the night came to a close.
After coming back out onto the floor, I met Zen, who I liked very much. She had very compelling proportions, quite tall and slender but with an ample chest. We had a good time conversing and making jokes, and after telling her it was my first time in, she kind of gave me the lay of the land, told me about the general vibe... we had fun joking about which girls were "strippers" and which were "exotic dancers". I went ahead and got a dance with her. Good contact, good vibes all around.
I liked Blush a lot as a change of pace, for me, anyway. Most of the girls are very attractive by conventional standards, there seemed to be a good variety of body and ethnicity types, probably something for everyone. I personally prefer the drink-for-free spots, because it means I give all my cash to the girls... it was a little hard paying $7 for a bottle of Yuengling, but so it goes. No comments on the new layout vs. the remodel, I never saw the old space, but I had a good time and I'll probably be back.
