I had some time to kill...
I had some time to kill while in town for work last week, so while walking around I did some quick research I decided to check out Rick's.
Rick's is an upscale club in a good area. I was able to walk to the club from our corporate hotel and didn't have any concerns coming or going. Out front the bouncers were friendly. You head in, pay a cover and then one of the bouncers / managers brought me to a table. At the table, I gave him a tip and he asked me what kind of girls i might be looking for (I went for white / big boobs). There was a pretty decent variety of dancers walking around. I put 11 - 25 above, and i'd put it at least on the upper end of that number. The club is large, but not huge, and it felt like there were a lot of girls around, so it might even be more. The place was busy, but not packed. I liked that you didn't see many girls hanging in the corner, talking with each other. Most of the dancers on the floor that were not otherwise engaged seemed to be doing their best to make themselves appear approachable. A few came by and started chatting, but none were what I was looking for at that point, plus I was curious what was coming.. Just then the bouncer / manager came back with the girl he found for me, she was a cute blonde with some bolt-ons.
We chatted for a few. I got the very hard sell for the VIP, but i was still at the point where the big head was thinking and I really felt like what she was selling was B.S.. I got a couple of dances on the floor, but she clearly became disengaged the more it was obvious I wasn't going upstairs. So after a couple of dances I let her off the hook. As soon as she left the bouncer comes back over and asks what happened. I just said she wasn't totally what i was looking for and he quickly brought me another (pretty similar) candidate. At this point I went through a similar drill and had a few good dances but skipped the VIP.
