So just before 4:00 PM I headed down the road from Rose’s Cantina. Pulled up in front just as they were opening. Was kind of fun sitting watching the dancers arrive for work dressed in their civilian clothes. Looked like the manager/DJ had a bit of a mutiny on his hands, as he was trying convince a girl to stay for a shift, and two went in and then left.

Go in, no cover, bar to the right, stage to the left, bathrooms in back (mouth urinals in men’s room like in Hartford). It was Taco Tuesday, featuring among other things drafts for $2.00! I was hoping that it was Vertical Taco Tuesday as well, but alas such things are reserved for the all nude side next door.

Took a seat at the bar. Bartender was tall and thin, w/ small breasts and glasses, wearing a corset. Looked around and chatted w/ a local at the bar, one pool table, DJ booth in back.
