My first visit to this club....

My first visit to this club. Went on Monday right at opening (12 noon). Based on previous few reviews, I didn't expect very much but was pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure I really understand some of the other reviews. Maybe there is a difference between early and late. It's a very nice space with two good sized bars at each end, a rectangular stage in the middle, and a line of LD booths along the side wall. There is also an alcove with a coin operated pool table and three video games. There is also a small change machine on the wall. The upstairs (Fantasy Island) was not open when I was there. I was told it was open later after the dance specials were over. The dances were $10 per song until 12:45 and 2 for 1 ($25) for the rest of the afternoon (not sure what time that ends). There is a small but good selection of draft micro-brews ($7 in a real beer glass). I saw about 8-10 dancers circulating, all pretty attractive. Not aggressive at all but making the rounds. There were probably 10 customers total. I was there for about an hour and saw only two dancers take the stage. It seemed like 3 songs and only topless for the last song. Not too many tippers at the stage however. I think this club is worth another try (at least in the early afternoon when I have more time. It can be a little hard to find, even with GPS, with construction in the area. Nice big parking lot and an "open late" food stand across the street.
