The worst customer service I have...

The worst customer service I have experienced in a club. Went in about 10:15 after paying the cover. Sat there for 15-20 minutes with no one making an appearance. No dancers, no servers, no customers. I go back up to the desk and ask what's going on. They tell me that this side of the club doesn't really operate until the topless side closes at 2AM. I said, "Don't you think you could have told me this before I paid $10 to stare at the wall." They didn't really know what to say, suggesting I go next door and come back later. I did go next door and asked for the overall manager. I asked her for a refund since they provided me with nothing for my money. I had no interest in the topless side, and had a free pass if I did want to check it out. She refused to do anything for me, so I left, telling them that I would be writing this experience on TUSCL to let everyone know what a ripoff this club is. If in the area, check out the Cantina down the road. Decent prices and friendly girls. If only I had stuck with them.
