Have driven by, but never stopped,...
Have driven by, but never stopped, and likely that trend will continue after this visit. There are several reasons, but I'll describe my visit. The not-so-attractive-but-very-nice bartender came and took my order and I got a beer. She was very nice, even flashed her big floppy tits, but the place was so smoky it really was hard to breathe as a non-smoker. Eventually a very average AA dancer came and asked for a dance, so at $5 sure. She had a nice ass, I'll give her that, but the dance was very uninspired and so 1 dance and done. Next dancer was a younger white girl, okay body, did a pretty good dance, but really tame from other experiences so only did 1 dance. The last dancer actually gave me her name as Karma, she seemed quite stoned, did a dance and was very uncomfortable on those bar stools.
Here was the really weird part, as I was getting the dance with Karma, and keep in mind I was seated right at the last barstool by the back door, 2 African American guys walk in and they didn't even get past the bathrooms and the bartender yells, "Private club guys, you need a membership!" They say, "What? Really?" and she yells the same thing back. They turn around and walk back out. Well, I never got questioned when I walked in and I certainly don't have a membership. So, Karma (the one time her eyes were open) says with a smile on her face, "Do you have a membership?" Of course I say no and she just laughs. It was near the end of the dance so I cut it off and said I was done. I looked around and it was a pretty white crowd. As much as I'm a monger, I'm not going to be a participant in such blatant racism. Maybe it is good for some other people, but I just can't agree with this. I left and will not ever be back.
