Its a cheap little divey place in the heart of center city Philly. The girls are not so nice looking, but good enough if you're desperate. They are certainly hungry for the money. go on an off time and you will get the opportunity to get some great service for your money. The lap dance was pretty good for $30, and everyone was nice.

Its $5 entry, but you get a card which gets you in for free on your next visit. There were about 6 girls last time i went, all different ethnicities. One girl maybe 5 out of ten spent some time hanging out with me talking. With her leg rubbing on mine and her whispering in my ear i was ready for a lap dance after a few minutes.
