So today was the day I checked this club out. As Dolfan pointed out this used to be another club that never took off(spoiler alert: neither will this one).

In the front they added one of those banners you see on the red carpet that celebs poise in front off to get their pics taken. It's about 8 feet wide and high enough. I think it had alcohol sponsors on it. I suppose that is for the reality stars they are paying to appear(Farrah Abraham, Scott Disick).

No parking charge or any other charges during my visit.
