Playmates is the best dive you'll ever go to. At first when you pull up to the gravel parking lot and walk into the tiny building you'll wonder what you've done in your life to lead you to this point, but after paying the cover ($13 with a drink or $65 with drink + 3 dance special) and settling in, its charm will become apparent. It's a fully nude club with nude dances, so no alcohol is served. The music situation is somewhat distracting as there is no DJ, just a CD machine that takes a noticeably long time to change discs, often creating an awkward pause for both the dancers and the audience. There is a pool table in the back as well as a small shower stage (only ever seen it used once and it was very hot), and then the main stage with plastic lawn chairs all around. The real attraction was the talent as there were 4-5 girls working, most of them between a 7-8 and generally very nice.

A dollar goes a long way in this bar as they will get fully nude on stage and then come down and straddle you or put themselves right in your face when sitting at the tip rail. The club has a policy that the dancers cannot solicit for dances, so there's no pushiness whatsoever and you in fact need to go out of your way to ask them for dances. Once you do, you''ll find the dances are fantastic as they are fully nude and allow a good degree of contact. Some of the more skilled dancers are very seductive and have never made me feel like I got more value out of $20 at a club. Highly recommended for anyone that's not worried as much about class as value and a good time.
