Stopped in here on a mid-afternoon...

Stopped in here on a mid-afternoon while driving down A1A. I would have never known it was here if not for TUSCL. Small place in a strip mall, so it felt a little like I was walking into a Chinese restaurant or other strip mall staple. Small place with a center stage, which was unoccupied. There were perhaps a half dozen dancers, and there was nothing there I would write home about. The thought kept running through my mind that this might be the bottom of the barrel of the local strip clubs. Do the dancers rejected by Inner Room during the day end up here? Mostly older dancers, well past their prime who should be seeking other forms of employment. However, all of them seemed to be engaged with locals, and from the looks of them, they were retired guys. This place definitely had a local hangout vibe. I won't say I felt unwelcome, but no dancer approached me while I sipped one beer. They seemed content to sit with their regulars, or just talk amongst themselves. Beer finished, I left, without a dancer ever taking the stage.
