Ricks has to be one of my favorite places. 3 floors of entertainerment and a roof deck. It has a great cocktail menu and the food is amazing. Their lunch is the best deal in town(3 courses for $10). Happy hour runs from noon until 8 PM and all drinks are eight dollars. That leaves more money for dances.
