Blackjacks has been without a liquor license for some time now so it's just a juice bar. In the afternoon, the mood is always less frantic than it is in the evening. When you enter there is a counter where you pay the cover. There is a parking fee also. The drinks are about 4.00, which seems a little pricey, but they don't push to sell more drinks. The dancers will come and sit with you but they don't put on the hard sell for dances. At times they run a special for dances, 2for1. Dance prices are 30 topless, 50 nude. I have found out that you don't need to go to the higher price dance in order to have a good time. ymmv. Considering what kind of SC desert this club is in, I think you can have a pretty good time.
