Perhaps after a snowstorm is not...

Perhaps after a snowstorm is not the best time to revisit the place but I hadn't been back for a while and was disappointed to find that several scheduled dancers did not seem to have made it. Maybe it was the bad weather. It's relatively easy to find and in a reasonable location. The outside doesn't look too bad and the inside is very dark, but Ok once you get used to it. Essentially the room is taken up with a large rectangular bar, with the customers sitting around the outside and one dancer at a time dancing topless to a couple of songs on central staged area behind the bar. Meanwhile the other dancers do a dollar parade around the bar and try and persuade customers to take them to the back rooms for private lapdances at $30 a song. These are pretty private and are very hands on, although in my experience this varies with dancer. The dancers themselves were pretty mixed and not many to my taste, and for a Friday the atmosphere was surprisingly subdued. I think some of the dancers were not very enthusiastic either and seemed to disappear into the changing rooms for a long periods, which didn't really help. Some of the more attractive ones do seem to have their favorites, or maybe they're regulars, but it might have helped if they'd circulated a bit more themselves. I might have been tempted sooner! After an hour I was enticed to go back for a dance with Celine who was pretty good and very enthusiastic, but after that I decided it was time to go.

This place is certainly worth a visit. The bar staff were friendly, polite and attentive and I think on a better day, I would have had more fun. I guess it must come down to timing and who is on the schedule. Next time I'll try another day and/or time.
