I stopped at this club with...

I stopped at this club with a friend on a Saturday night recently, and by the activity inside the club you would've it was Tuesday afternoon. It was after 10pm and the club was dead.

After we each paid the $15 cover, we walked into the club to see zero activity. Had we not just each paid $15, we would have just left. There was only one dancer milling about, with about 8-10 guys in the club. We took our seats and the waitress took our drink order.

At that time, I noticed more girls starting to pile out. However, they would all just hangout on this side stage that I dubbed 'the batters circle'. They were hanging there as if they were on deck to go next in the rotation, but there was no rotation going. What baffled me the most was how standoffish the dancers were. I've never been in a club where girls weren't proactive in iniating contact. So, after a few minutes I approached one of the girls and she came to hang out and talk to my friend. Eventually another girl game around, but she was quick the leave once I got a dance from her. None of the girls looked bad, though there wasn't better than a 7 in the bunch.
