Ok so after a lot of recommendations I finally visited the famous COI and decided Paradise was going to be the club of choice.

Got there about 9pm, used a voucher for free entry from their website - turned out it was actually 5 dollars but you get a free drink.

I have read about the waitress hustle but there was one blond bitch that was constantly on me to buy a girl a drink as soon as you went for private dance, to the point she wouldn't leave when i waved her away after the first couple of times where i bought the girls drinks, she literally stood there insisting i HAD to buy the girl a drink, kind of ruined the mood.
