I've been going to Follies for...

I've been going to Follies for over 12 years. I've seen the club go from me being the only one in it during the day to completely packed at 4 pm during the day. I am here to say that my visits for the last 2 years haven't been the best years of the club.

The atmosphere is still set by the management, at least during the day, but the club doesn't get the quality, as in looks and personality of girls, like it use to get. Follies is getting a lot of huslers or ROBS. The girls use to be more friendly and actually wanted to build friendships. I am still friends with dancers in the past to this day. With the new crowds and fresh meat, the girls are in the process of trying to take advantage of the new guys that don't know the system. I see it when I take friends to Follies that don't frequent the club. They get over charged in the count for dances, asked for extra tips, overcharged or get a lame VIP.

I remember a time of not only getting extras in VIP, but also on the floor during regular lap dances. The dances on the floor are still better than other ATL strip clubs, which ain't saying much, but they are tame by standard of 5 years ago. The new guys who have started coming to the club are messing up the vibe.

New guys, I ask you to please dont get so excited when you come to Follies and you get a 2 way touch dance. If you get 3 or more dances please don't tip the girls, the extra dances are more than enough of a tip.Don't buy every girl a drink, maybe buy one if the girl is spending a lot of time talking to you without dancing. Don't pay more than $100 to the girl for VIP, that's even with extras. I have never paid more than $100 and I don't go unless I am getting all the extras. Let's say $150 max. Why would you wanna pay more to do something on those nasty couches anyway. Always and I mean always pay the girl after, not before, the VIP and any dances. Also get a set of balls, if the girl tries to rip you off, just don't pay and let her get away with it. That's why you're getting ripped off, because she got away with it with the last sucker. Also remember to have fun. You're the one with the money paying for the services, not the dancer. You're doing them a favor by getting dances, not the other way around.
