I only get to the "D"...

I only get to the "D" once or twice a year on business and I always try to take in the unique "ambiance" of Detroit's clubs. Sadly I can't partake as much as I would like to since work keeps me busy both day and most nights. So it's catch as catch can. I can sometimes slip away for lunch and sometimes an evening if I'm lucky. I say this because it affects the way I rate clubs. I don't care about the physical layout of the club but I do care about the VIP area. I like large, private VIPs so I can enjoy extras. I won't even bother doing a quick stop at Bogarts. Not because you won't find the occasional hottie but the chances are small and the VIP rooms even smaller. Can't afford to lose time at Bogart's on a small chance since I rarely have much time at all. Good food is also important since I usually have to combine my trip with a meal. So in short no matter what day or shift I want the highest odds of meeting a hottie that offers great dances in a large VIP preferably at a place with good food. I don't care about the club's layout, the best place to sit, cover charges, valet, coat checks, or VIP taxes although of course I don't want to spend more than necessary. Safety and proximity to Airport hotels also matters somewhat. All that said I went to Trumpp's on a Thursday afternoon and saw two gals cute enough for me. Tipped them on stage and they said they would come over when they got done but went to regulars and I never saw them until the next time on stage. They didn't even get dances from their regulars. I had to leave before the night shift started the steak was good and I can't tell you about the VIP the rest sadly a waste of precious time.
