I am new to the area...

I am new to the area (moved here 6 months ago) and went to Rick’s for the 1st time tonight (Monday) First club I've been to in this area. I spent my money and am home early enough to write this review if that tells you anything. I was a little disappointed. I’d read several other reviews about 'extras' being offered. None to me... might have just been the girls or the night of course. Lot of hands in my crotch (note to self ware slacks instead of jeans next time – doh) I went somewhat early, 8:30. I like to spent time talking to the girls as well as getting dances. I had hoped things would be slow enough to get some conversation in, but they were all business. I can understand that but never-the-less I’ve been know to tip rather well for a good long visit, even when followed by a so-so lap dance.

Granted at the club where I used to live I had become one of those annoying regulars who hogs the best girls all night (Outhouse – Lawrence, KS – I highly recommend it if you are ever in the KC area. It deserves its name but it's fun) so it’s been a while since I’ve been Joe regular... or non-regular so to speak. Nevertheless I have been to clubs in other parts of the country and Rick’s was OK but nothing spectacular. It IS nice that I only smell of perfume and not cigarettes though. I guess I like good visits with pretty girls (and they do have some VERY pretty girls) and / or lap dances that make me need to change my pants when I get home. I got neither... might have just been the night thought. The guy in the suit seemed to be cruising VIP pretty closely. I did notice all the girls quoted me $30 a dance. Seemed expensive for what I got... then again I am comparing it to Kansas City. I dunno, it was alright but not my kind of place I guess.

Oh and what’s with the no alcohol? Is that a Washington State law or just a Seattle thing?
