I have been to HiLoter a few times and have found it to be the best club in Phoenix. It is located in an unusual place for a strip club which is in a mostly residential area. Safe and plenty of parking. There is a single stage where dancers dance the usual pair of dances. The private dance area is small and in the back of the club. Lap dances are $10 at the table although if you are sitting at the wall they have increase the charge to $15. Most girls are excellent and are very giving. If the hands stray a little, most girls are accommodating. The percentage of silicone is much lower than other clubs in Phoenix. So if you like a more natural women this your place. I especially had great lap dances with Savannah. I would be a regular here if I lived in Phoenix. I will definitely return!
