I am reviewing this club this...

I am reviewing this club this time because of two factors relevant to my most recent visit. I stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday around 1pm. There are lots of reasons to go to Austin's Landing Strip for lunch, most of them in favor of the patron. First, no cover before 8pm on most days, certainly on Tuesdays. Also, Tuesdays are $5 dance days (and nights for that matter). Also, the lunch menu is pretty good and pretty inexpensive. So, Factor 1: no cover, cheap and good lunch and $5 dances. I'm surprised the place wasn't packed. (it wasn't) Factor 2: Yipes! Nothing but bored and boring dancers. They were young and clearly inexperienced and nothing larger than a B cup. They were as pretty as you would expect for the younger side of a day shift but my goodness they need to understand their customers expectations if they ever care to make any money and if the club wants repeat business. I tipped several at the stage and invited one to join me at my table. She did but had right next to nothing to say in spite of my repeated efforts to engage her in conversation. She actually said that the most exciting thing going on in her life was going to work every day which "was a drag". Anyhow, of the many, many times that I have attended a gentlemen's club with plenty of time and money and left after a short time with most of my money remaining, it was because of the enthusiasm (or lack thereof) of the dancers. My very lengthy history of attending this kind of entertainment has shown that friendly, upbeat and engaging dancers get most if not all of the customer's money. Also, hopefully management will understand this. If the fantasy is not encouraged by the ladies and supported by the club then we customers will go elsewhere regardless of the financial incentives. Just MHO.
