This was my first visit to...
This was my first visit to Crazy Horse. Thanks to the reviews here, I knew the entrance to the parking lot was easy to miss; the biggest help was actually using the Street View and satellite images on Google Maps before I even set out to find the place. The tight turn into their narrow driveway was indeed hard to spot, but I was ready for it. Parking was free in their very small lot – probably no more than 20 spots – but if it ever gets full, I’m not sure where you would park.
Got there about 8:45 on a Friday night and a sign at the door said everyone had to check in at the bar in the back to show an ID. Cover at the bar was $10; a bottle of water was $2.00, and the bartender was pretty cute and friendly, telling me that if I needed anything else, I should let her know. A sign on the bar's counter said "The bartender WILL do dances – just ask." Gotta love that.
When I got there, I saw maybe 6-8 dancers and about ten customers. Both of those numbers increased pretty quickly after 9:00, but by about 10:00 or 10:30, the dancers outnumbered the customers. I stayed until about 11:00. There are two rooms with stages – the main one in the front, and a smaller one up a few steps in the back by the bar. All stage dances that I saw were in the main room.
