Being a Philly native I've been around the block as far as strip clubs go but haven't been to the "legendary" Picc yet. Figured day off let me pay it a visit last night. I figured I could watch the All-Star game and creat my own halftime show! This place is the worst!!!!

There was a five dollar cover and a thorough pat down before entering the club. The bouncer also told me that I couldn't pull my cell phone out of so I would be asked to leave. That wasnt a problem for me bc I wasn't planning on using it anyways. Also, this is located on a dimly lit block in north philly so I didn't want to party to far away.

So the place is an old dive bar. Two bar tenders but not very attentive . Waited 10 minutes before being greeted and 5 more before being served. There was about 8 girls on shift and they were of various shapes and sizes but all WOC. I was approached by one who was old enough to be my grandmom. She asked of I was dancing and I told her I didn't want a dance bc I wanted to scope the scene. She then asked if I was tipping I gave her a few singles and the the dollar parade started. The place wasn't too crowed maybe 20 patrons or so. A few was getting lap dances at the bar, which are $5 a song but full songs. I finally got a dance from a girl named yummi. She was very well put together with a fat ass. She let me feel her titties but not her kitty. Nice grind and we danced for about 4 songs. It was sort of the rough variety of dance which begin to hurt my member. I finished my beer and decided to leave. Not too much eye candy here fellas. Dollar parade and the constant hassle for dances makes it very uncomfortable. This place use to have the "hood" buzzing. I guess its lost its thunder and now it's about time to gracefully bow out. I'm just sad that I didn't visit when it was in it's glory days.
