I've been to this place a few times, and so far most reviews are spot on this Dejavu COI it is in serious need of some remodeling and to replace the dance coaches, as well there bathroom also needs some work, most of the time I've been here there restroom is always filthy and dirty they need to have regular maintence, now as for the location, parking is convenient if you go on the evening there will for most time be parking and it is well lightened, and there is no parking fee, cover entrance fee charge is $20 bucks after 9pm but if you bring a Deja vu AD you get $10 off the entrance, now for the drinks they don't serve any alcoholic drinks on here, but the good thing is that there's a bar next door to drink before or after you go inside Dejavu due to they don't allow ins N outs or you'll get charged again, but the good thing is that soda drinks are free, and the waitresses really don't harrass you on buying dancers drinks, this is one of the reasons why I like this place, and as for stage setup there's only one center dance stage it is well lighted, now for searing you can choose the center seating which is availability for free or if you've like get a table next to the wall for $25 or if you'd like they have booths available for $50. Most dancers here in looks I would say there just Aveage, you get about 1 or 2 that are 10's but most of the time they'll be busy getting dances.
