I have always been curious of this place since I've been to the gold club downtown a number of times. While you can definitely see similarities this Northern Liberties (actually Fishtown) version is far less classy. Don't get me wrong, that can sometimes be a good thing but you should have your expectations in line. I got there around midnite and stayed till closing. Even though it was a Friday night the place was pretty dead. I still had to pay a cover, but the bouncer gave me a card to get in free next time. There were maybe 4 patrons and about 7 or 8 girls. All but 2 were not great in the looks department and those 2 weren't knockouts. The layout is similar to the downtown location with a section of seats facing a stage with a bar on the side, but the whole area is larger and the stage is raised and felt far away. I sat at the bar and was immediately beset by every dancer there, they were bored and desperate. I ended up spending my night with one of the 2 average girls and had a reasonably good time including a couple dances. I can't say I really recommend the place or would go back any time soon, but if you want to feel like you are the king of the club this might be a good spot due to lack of competition.

Just an fyi, I don't feel like this is an unsafe area as some have stated. It is transitioning so there is some good and some not so, but it's moving in the right direction. It's also very commercial so there is lots of activity and you don't feel like you are on the dark side of the moon.
