It had been a while since...

It had been a while since I had made a trip to Whispers, so I decided I would give it another try a few weeks ago when a buddy of mine were in town. I typically will drive to Lawrence to go to one of the clubs out there, but we didn't feel like leaving the KC area, so we made the quick trip to Whispers. As I remembered it, the club looks pretty nice from the inside, even though the outside looks a bit sketchy. And it's a huge club on the inside, tons of space. Drink prices are a little on the high side, but not unreasonable, however getting a drink can be a bit of a process. When we went straight to the bar the service was fairly quick, however getting waitress service seemed to take forever, as half the time they'd seem to busy to care.

As far as the girls go, there wasn't much of a variety there. It was mostly all white girls. Certainly not a complaint, as they were all pretty good looking, none worse than a 6. However if variety is your thing, I wouldn't say it's the best place for you. Though maybe on the weekend nights it's better. Most of the girls there seemed fairly inattentive to us, which was disappointing. A group of 3-4 of the girls never even left the bar area other than when it was their time to get on stage, and then go right back to their little group at the bar. We had a few drinks, tipped a few girls and left. Most of the girls were either busy with regulars, or just didn't seem to care. I may give it another shot at some point, as I did have a good time here in the past, but it seems to be going down hill.
