This is Hillsboro's finest strip club. Unfortunately that's because it's Hillsboro's only strip club.

I went in on a Saturday evening at 7 PM. I really don't expect a club to be jumping that early, but was surprised at how dead the place was. There were maybe six or eight customers in the place and three dancers on shift, one of whom needs to work on the gut hanging down over the top of her bikini. They only had one of the two stages running, but the DJ was unable to keep someone on stage. Repeatedly, near the end of each girl's set, he'd call for the next girl but no one would show up. About halfway through the next song, while the stage was empty, the DJ would call the same next girl to stand by. Towards the end of the song the girl would finally show up to the stage. Which brings me to my next gripe about The Runway: none of the dancers wanted to dance.

For two full songs while on stage, each girl sat at the edge of the stage chatting with a customer. Or maybe he was her boyfriend. Who knows? Occasionally the DJ would remind the girl on stage that she was there to entertain everyone. She'd stand up, take a stroll around the pole, and go back to the guy she was talking to.
