Stopped by the Parrot on a Tuesday evening around 6pm. There is $10.00 cover charge upon entering. Went inside and club is pretty nice on the inside, better than most of these El Paso clubs. There look to be about a dozen dancers on shift. This is not a nude club, so beer and alcohol is served. I got a beer at the bar and had a seat. Got a dirty look from a waitress working the tables, but I did not know there was a waitress on duty when I got my beer. Got hit up by dancer looking for a private almost from the moment I sat down. I sat there for maybe 20minutes drinking a few beers and must have gotten asked for a dance by almost every woman in the place. Dancers here seem to be of higher quality than most of the clubs around here, but being off the highway draws in lots of customers and money. Finally found a girl I liked and agreed to a dance. Dances at the table are offered as well as in the vip area. I don't understand how a table dance would work as the tables are not private and crowded next to each other. I was promised a good time in the vip so off I went. VIP access is gained by paying a bouncer in a tuxedo shirt a 20 that gains you vip access all night. My latina dancer and I sat against the back wall in the vip and danced one song. The vip back wall is DARK, so dark I could not tell what bills I took out of my pocket and had to get up and move to light to find a 20, then head back. Overall, very satisfying dance. Hand roaming was allowed, even encouraged. After my one dance, she asked if I wanted more. I asked what more meant, and she said depends on how much cash I had. Was quoted 140 for f/s. Decent club, but the door charge I really consider to be 30, not 10 because if you want to have any fun its gonna cost you an extra 20 to get into the vip.
