My first stop of the day,...
My first stop of the day, and third overall visit to this club. Each time I've been here it has been an afternoon, weekday visit and never with the intention of really clubbing hard--more like a drive-by recon effort. Based on what I've seen so far this is not an ethnically diverse club, the dancers are almost entirely black. But the girls are diverse in terms of body-type, and on this this visit I saw several athletic, toned, spinner-types which is my preference. The girls all seem friendly and I'd say the floor dances are almost on par with Follies. If the physical layout of the club was better I bet the floor dances would equal Follies--the wide-open, barn-style layout makes visibility too high. A quick glance at the VIP room in the back revealed individual rooms but with just a few beads on the doors. Even less beads than the Follies' VIP rooms, and the lighting at SA is much brighter. I wouldn't expect a great deal of privacy back there, but others with actual VIP experience at SA might say otherwise. The VIP quote I got was $125 total, $25 for room and $100 to the girl, so that would be a great bargain if the performance is there. I only stayed about an hour before heading to Follies, my intended destination all along. I can't say I won't be back, but with Follies going so strong right now and just right down the road I don't think SA will ever be more than just a convenient Plan B in case Follies isn't working out.
