In San Diego on business so have to head across to TJ for some fun. Everyone should know the deal on getting there, walk across, I stop at the Farmacia for some vitamin V, back to the taxi stand and $5 later at Adelita.

This review covers 2 visits during the week, Sunday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon. On Sunday I get there and am a little surprised that they have completely changed the back bar. It is no longer a sort of oval bar attached to the upper stage, it is now a rectangle against the back wall where they took out some of those booths. If you ask me, it is an upgrade, makes it more inviting to be back there. I know some liked the privacy back there, but all I ever saw there were some of the less motivated girls sitting there on their phones or something like that.

I trolled the bar and the pickings were kind of slim. A few came up and asked for drinks, a little more aggressively than in the past, but when I say no, they go away so all is good. With the slim pickings, I left after my first beer and headed to Hong Kong to check out the scene there. I eventually came back to Adelita's, but have reviews for HK as well.
