Gallaghers is much better than the Manhattan clubs and only a short subway ride away.

My original plan for the evening was to visit Scandals as another TUSCLer has suggest to me in PMs. Things did not go as planned for that, however. First off, I planned to take the 7 train from Grand Central directly to Scandals but the 7 was out of service that night. So instead instead I made a trip to 59th St station and then onto the N train which will get you just a couple of blocks away from Scandals.

For some reason Scandals was not open, however, so I decided on Gallaghers instead. The N train will continue along and get you very close to Gallaghers, but it was a nice enough night so I decided to just walk there instead (it's less than a mile walk between the two clubs).
