Went to the Diamond Cabaret on...

Went to the Diamond Cabaret on Friday evening. Two couples on a double date. Started the evening at the CY Steakhouse, using a groupon. The meal was mostly good, but the initial course left a lot to be desired (none of the four people at our table ate it.) One girl at a time comes into the steakhouse, starting at approximately 8:30pm. Most of the girls seemed to have fun, and as we were sitting by the stage, a couple came and chatted up the girls. Tips were not pushed in the steakhouse. Two girls in a row though did not strip at all, and stayed clothed the entire time. They were immediately put on the list of girls we would not consider for dances later. One asian girl looked completely annoyed the entire time, scowling and stomping her feet. She was also immediately put on the list of the girls who we would not consider later on.

After dinner, we moved into the club. It was fairly busy. No cover as we moved right from the steakhouse into the club. We did not experience the VIP area. We first sat at a couple individual tables, waiting for four seats to open up at one of the stages. There were probably six girls or so dancing at a time. We sat at one of the stages and tipped the girls as they rotated every few songs. Some girls were much more outgoing, and several focused in on the girls in our group. Some girls were mostly hands off, or just focused on one guy at the table who was tipping, not giving the rest of us a chance... oh well, her loss.

Drinks were pricy, at $8 per beer, but the waitresses were cute and nice, and always attentive on getting you refills if you wanted. They were not pushy though, and had no problem with telling them no to a refill.
