Traveling through Connecticut on Friday I dropped in on one of my old favorite Ruby's, right off 95. I was hoping to see some of my old favorites, but there has been a lot of turnover. Destiny, Violet, Naomi, Luna, Alex/Sara, and Daisy all seem to have left the club. That is an all-star team that is a huge loss. While I don't have issues with the Brazilians, diversity is what makes a club great. On Friday it was 80% 'zillians. While on the whole they are friendly girls, they are well know for struggling with the truth and song counts. A few of the girls on that list that have left had told me that Juliana, who appears to be the ringleader of the 'zillians made things difficult for some of the girls. It appears to be understood that she's the owners girl, but if one in particular is driving good, diverse talent out maybe management should reign her in or fire her. I don't think it would be much of a loss (she's a bit too big and masculine for me, and really a bullshit artist!), and there are plenty of other, better Brazilian options, while diversity has really suffered with the girls that have left. It would also send a good message to the Brazilian clique to be nice to the other girls.

Over time one of the great attractions of this place has been the mix of ethnicity that keeps it interesting. They have lost much of that, and the fix might just be to send a strong message. If anyone knows where any of the girls on the above list are now, please post it cause I'd travel far and wide to reconnect with any or all of them.
