Arrived late Wednesday. It's in a strip mall on Valley Blvd. in La Puente, technically, but might as well be in COI. The place is very darkly lit and gives a "no frills" vibe, the exact opposite, say, of SRCOI. While the place might seem at first blush as if it is in need of renovation, it is actually pretty clean and well-maintained. Bathrooms are fine. Again, not Rhino-esque, but perfectly fine. They have VIP specials on Wednesday, $100 for ten minutes, which is no different from their usual $300 for 30 minutes, but lets you have the VIP experience in a smaller timeframe, which I suppose is popular with some folks. Lap area is elevated about 3 feet, against one wall in the main room, with partitioned seating, and actually provides quite a private environment to get a lap dance. The VIP area is a whole different matter. Separate curtained rooms with couch/beds, totally private. First-rate VIP areas, probably best in COI.

The place had a reputation for a long time as being almost overbearingly difficult in the "drink sales" area. Every time you'd go for a lap dance (regular or VIP) a girl would follow you to the booth and harass you with the drink sale bit. I can personally say this has changed. I don't know when they changed their policy, but it's better than it was, much more relaxed and non-pressured.

The place also has a reputation for featuring dancers who are particularly endowed in the derriere (mostly latina). The so-called "coke bottle" figure. This is still true, and if that is your thing, Paradise is the place for you. There are some human forms performing there not found in nature and indeed, most have augmented with a procedure or two. Bluntly, these are some of the biggest asses you will ever see, anywhere.
