It is a large, clean club divided into two levels. I came in on a Sunday night and only the top level was open, which was fine because it felt a little more intimate. Cover was super cheap only $5. I was expecting the standard $10 to get in so I was pleasantly surprised, and the girl working the front door was very friendly. I didn't realize it was BYOB until I got there so it would have been nice if they had a bar. Most of the other patrons appeared to be around my age (I'm almost 40) which was nice, unlike some other places I've been where I have actually been scared of the types who were allowed in there to the point where I got up and left. This place had a safe, pleasant atmosphere. The DJ played a lot of rock and country which was great, and a little bit of r&b but not enough to be annoying.
As for the dancers, there were plenty to my liking and all the ones I talked to were very polite and easy to talk to. It was great because I am on the road a lot and it was nice to actually be able to sit and talk to a pretty girl without her trying to pull money out of my wallet every second. I ended up getting some dances from a girl for $25 each which was pretty standard and she was a lot of fun. She told me VIP dances were available but I wasn't carrying that kind of cash on me so I didn't check it out, maybe next time. There was one girl with giant boobs who looked like model (she was my favorite), a cute girl with mixed ethnicity, and another girl with big curly hair who was looked interesting but was a little young for my taste. But I wouldn't say there was an ugly one in the bunch.
I had a good time and I would recommend the Lumberyard II to other travelers moving through the area.
