Secrets is a mostly white club...

Secrets is a mostly white club before the 7-8pm shift change and a mostly black club from 7-8 to closing. The best thing that they offer, unfortunately, is the food. Cell phones have ruined person-to-person interactions, and when you add poor and/or inept management to the mix, then there is a losing atmosphere. The girls mostly hang out in the dressing room, eating, drinking, and using their phones. I guess that most of them have regulars who they can use their phones to summon when they are in need lapdance income. My conclusion is that the girls in this club either full blown prostitutes, still live with their parents, live with their SO's, or are roommates with 6-8 other females who can apparently live on $1 stage tips. The grown-ups with stripper work-ethic stand out. Not to sound cliche, but the hardest working females were Hispanic. There are plenty of twerkers and very few lap dancers. If you're one of the guys who come in an give up $40 dollars in ones during her stage dance, then you can get a cursory "thank you" en route to the Dressing room.

P.S. Management absolutely sucks. One of the evening managers is more feminine than the females and spends the majority of his shift squawking and cat-fighting with the dancers. The other evening manager is such a douche-bag that he conducts new dancer interviews, military style dress uniform inspections, and other office-worthy transactions, in public view. Neither of the managers seem concerned that there are extended amounts of time when other than the person on stage, there is no female presence outside of the dressing room....
