I thought that coming back to Rick's would be similar to the times that I visited in the 90's: I was in for a bit of a surprise. When I found out that the entire club had been "Deja-Vu'd", it was pretty evident that this club was not the Talents West club I knew and loved in the past. Newbie dancers combined with retreads, a long main stage with a building column doubling as a pole at one end, 3-for-$40s, house dances, and just a few dancers on what should be a busy Friday night just about sealed it for me: This is not the same club.
