I was in Jacksonville on business and decided to hit two clubs I had enjoyed several years ago. First was Doll House, second was Sinsations. Both were fun, but in different ways. These are, I believe, the only two full nude clubs in Jacksonville. As such there is no alcohol served, which is fine with me. Since this is a Navy town I suspect alcohol would attract a bunch of drunk sailors which would not appeal to me.

The last time I was in Jacksonville, about 4 years ago, The Doll House was a small older building in another part of town. It is now a bright new shiney building with a clean well lighted parking lot. It is located very near the motel complex on Butler Blvd. just off I-95 south of downtown Jacksonville. There is no charge for parking and I was able to park very close to the door on a slow Wed. night. The door guy collects a $10 cover and makes sure that you are comfortable with the no alcohol policy before taking your money. Once inside it was not too big, with a small stage/pole in the center. Decor was neon, mirrors, and brass, nicely done and obviously fairly new. I think the current building has been open for about 6 months.

There were very few customers in the club, with most patrons seated at the bar, opposite one side of the stage. I took a chair in front of the stage and there were only about 4 customers in the chairs. My bottled water was $3. As is the Jacksonville policy, the girls must get $5 in tips to remove their clothing. I sat through about 6 different dsncers and all got fully nude including spreads. Since I prefer spinners and most of the girls were 10-30 lbs. overweight I was about to leave when the Russian spinner came up to me and started a conversation. I had gotten a great dance from her on my last trip and immediately requested a dance.

The dances are done in small cubicles behind a dark glass wall on one side of the club. Without going into too much detail, I will say that you will leave very happy after these dances. The charge is $25 for a full song dance with no additional tip necessary. I had two "better than Follies" dances and left as soon as we were finished. I still had one other club to visit and none of the other dancers that I saw appealed to me.
