Havent been to the Cab in...

Havent been to the Cab in a few years mainly because I no longer live in the area. Although its been about 2 years or more since i have been, I always liked this club. Not tiny but compared to my "Home" SC its on the small side. Main stage right at the front door. The stage is designed like a "plus" sign. Tons of stage seats, I would say between 30-40. Pole in the middle. A large bar within a few feet of the stage. In the past there was a second stage in the back. Now there is a wall so Im not sure if there is still a stage there but I think the LDs are done in that area. Didnt have time for a LD. I wouldnt expect much for a LD here but I dont know if things have changed. I saw 5 dancers and they were doing at least 4 song sets. Girls were very decent. A few solid 7s. The place strikes me like a hangout type of SC. Although the beer prices are steep, $7 for a miller lite. They have draft which I would imagine is a better value. The bathrooms have been redone since I had be there and they are great for a SC. Hopefully, it wont be 2 years for my next visit and as matter of fact I'll make it a point to make it there soon.
