I have visited Tampa many times but finally have something that makes me excited to go back. Yep, Mons. It is a great club. The girls are absolutely smoking hot and very friendly. True, some walk up and ask if you want a dance in a bored voice but you can just politely say no and they go away. Many of the girls, though, will stop and chat, play with you a bit and then ask if you want a dance. Nice.

Mons has a wide range of girls, ranging in age from 21 to early 30s, with a good mix of ethnicities, fake or real boobs. They always have a few girls who would be like the girl next door and then more exotic girls.

Lap dances are $30 for one but you can negotiate and usually (but not always) if you buy multiple dances can get it down to $20 per dance. Most of the girls give good dances: lots of positions, eye contact, seem interested and in the moment. I have had a few where they never looked at me and were clearly just going through the motions. Wish I could remember the names of the girls who give poor lap dance. Sorry.
