I go to this club time to time when I'm looking for a laid back good time and some good mileage vs. the glamor and glitz of say P10 on a Saturday night which is exactly not that.

This Tuesday I decided to drop in on $5 dance day. I had some trepidation as the talent in this club tends to be mixed on a good day, I figured out the less marketable would show up on $5 dance day. I didn't see that, seemed like the standard crew.

Notably vs. every other club in Austin that offers specials (2:1 dances, $10 dances more commonly - which is everyday in this place), the dances were (a) normal as in good dances and (b) $5. I have found that at any of the better known Austin clubs that when they advertised $10 dances that this concept was a complete fiction into which most if not all of the dancers were not bought in or even willing to acknowledge.
