Hi Liter is one of those fairly unusual clubs where the day shift is as good or better than the night shift. Most recently I was there on a week day afternoon for a few hours. The quality of the girls varied widely but there were quite a few that were in the 7-8 range that were worth spending some money on. Unlike B. St., almost every girl here has natural breasts which is a big plus as far as I’m concerned. The girls tend to circulate and get around the room on a regular basis. Girls being tied up for a long time with regulars does not seem to be a significant issue here.

The lap dances are pretty cheap by national standards -- $10 at your table, $15 along the wall. While mileage varies to some degree, the majority of the girls permit pretty liberal two way touching. A few girls are particularly intimate in the degree of contact allowed. You can easily tell how much mileage a girl gives in a dance by watching how she dances for other guys in the room.

Dances in the VIP area are $25. The girls are extremely permissive in VIP, and extras are pretty widely available in the VIP area including everything up to and including covered full service. Charges for extras in VIP vary widely in additional to the $25 per song. Nonetheless, while many girls are very permissive in the VIP, the VIP is one of the biggest downsides to the club. The reason is that the VIP area is (i) extremely small and cramped, (ii) not overly private (you usually have to get one of the corner booths out of the way for extras, and (iii) is disgustingly filthy. The cleanliness of the VIP is a particular turn off to me. When I was there, the girl shoved my used condom behind the couches where apparently there was quite an accumulation of used condoms. I really would hate to see the VIP area with the lights on.
