Wow, the last time I visited...

Wow, the last time I visited Taboo was over 2 years ago. After getting a little disenfranchised with Vixens down the road I thought I would check out Taboo, after talking to an entertainer here I learned that if an entertainer needs to be disciplined they are transferred between clubs (same owner). So this review might be better seen as a comparison of Taboo and Vixens:

Location: Taboo is located near the semi-big metropolis of Martinsburg. It is right off of Rte 9, so if you don't like people seeing your car turn into the parking lot of Strip Club, then this isn't your place. Vixens is a lot more secluded and off of a rural road that parallels Hwy 81. Both clubs have good secluded parking in back. If your from NOVA the drive back from Taboo may swing you by the casinos and there is a markedly higher presence of police on the road so don't drink too much.

Club: Taboo is a lot brighter lit than Vixens. If the dancers were better looking this would be a major plus (it's not). The bar is located to the side and this visit the bartender was lackluster at best when I could find her. Conversely I would say that the centrally located bar in Vixens works very nice and their bartenders have always been entertaining, responsive and professional.
