Headed down to the Foxxy Lady...

Headed down to the Foxxy Lady in Miami on a Saturday night after all night poker. Please check previous reviews regarding layout. On this night being a Saturday night after Christmas I figured the place would be packed. When I arrived I was surprised to see the parking lot half full. As you can see in previous reviews - this club recently remodeled as was making somewhat of a comeback. Cover charge on this night was $20 which was reasonable. As I got in the front entrance - as I was going in - two dancers were heading out - never a good sign. When I got inside I was shocked to see there were only three dancers left on shift. Two were 3 to 5's and one was a 7 at best. There were about 25 men in there and you could just tell - many were ready to spend money but no girls. Within ten minutes, one more girl left. It was now just after 2AM and there were only two dancers in the building. This is a disgrace and would never happen in the Broward County clubs. Apparently, the club's policy of allowing the girls to leave early if they want to = had come back to bite them. This problem of being short staffed late at night happens frequently at the Miami clubs but usually a problem on slow week nights - this was happening on a weekend. Talk about a good way to kill a club - try packing it with horny men and no ladies. If this club has any hope of competing with other Miami mainstays they better get their act together and I mean quick. They have made many improvements but seems like the daily operations Manager has dropped the ball. I enjoyed going to Foxxy every once in a while in the past. The staff are very nice and overall the dancers are friendly and you will find an occasional gem in there. I just hope they can get it together before they lose the clientele they are barely hanging on to. I will give it another shot soon - hope they get on top of their staffing problems.
