Went to Hiliter a couple of weeks ago on their customer appreciation day (free lap dances). Like I've described before, the club isn't very nice, but isn't a complete dump. There is one stage in the front of a large main room, with a small VIP area in the back with 5-6 booths.

Although the dances were free, you were still expected to tip, and the songs were only a minute or so long. It still was a good deal, because you could have a girl dance for you for 5-10 minutes, and then just tip her and it was cheaper than getting 3-4 full price lap dances. The dances seemed to be of the same quality as on regular days.

I got several floor dances from Nakita, tipped her $20, and left a happy man.
