A couple friends and I were in the area last night so we dropped by Café Atlantis. As soon as we arrived you could see how busy it was and it re-enforced to me how much I hate the seating layout. Anyway, the overall talent level at CA was lower as well when compared to my last visit. What really disgusted me though is how dirty it is and the waft of some interesting odours once in a while that made me look around to see that not only could it use a good cleaning but it really needs a complete renovation as it's beyond just a good cleaning. Why anyone would want to sit on dirty chairs, walk on carpet that is soiled with gum and whatever else, is beyond me. I will not be going back to CA although I can't speak for my friends. Bring back the old Treasures as it was by far the best club around at the time in my opinion as opposed to what CA is now.
