Stopped by Follies after midnight on...

Stopped by Follies after midnight on Thursday of last week. Knew it was not ideal timing, but I love Follies' bang for the buck, so I couldn't resist trying it. Unfortunately, as I feared, it was a mad house. Packed to the rafters, every seat in the joint was taken. It was very tough to walk around, let alone scope the scene and have any conversation with a dancer. I would guess there was somewhere around 25 girls around, but given the crowd, it was tough to tell. The quality of the dancers was pretty good, but the environment just made it a bust. I made my way over to one dancer who caught my eye and secured a single $10 lap dance. It was an extremely lazy and unsexy performance, but the loudness and wildness of the crowd almost guaranteed it wasn't going to be great. With no where to sit and almost no place to even stand, decided to cut bait. Left after only 20 minutes. I'll be back, but this was my last visit late at night.
