As my first time at Secrets...

As my first time at Secrets I wasn't sure what to expect. My mongering is usually restricted to long-lunch sessions and since Secrets doesn't open until 2PM I haven't been able to make it there until today.

The club itself is a decent but cramped bar with a series of small tables and a single medium-sized stage with a pole. The bar tender was hot and friendly. An older crowd was there, I say averaging in age around 35-40. Bacardi and Coke runs $4.50.

The girls were hit or miss. When I got there there were only two, both decent looking but with 8 or so patrons the coverage was too thin. Later several more girls showed up who were in the 5-7 range. There wasn't much working the crowd. Some girls sat with their regulars, others sat and drank. I got the attention of this thin blonde who provided a good dance with some stick shifting at the table. I inquired about the VIP room and was told it was $100 for five songs and a $20 wristband to get into the VIP area. I negotiated and got the wristband for free (didn't actually put it on and was told it could be used other nights) and up we went. The VIP section is just the second floor of the bar with couches. Pretty private; there was no one else there when we went up.
